Meri Socks – Knitting pattern booklet

Description

Welcome to summer at the Finnish seaside. Meri is the summer pattern of my season quartet sock designs inspired by my Finnish roots and nature in my native land. Summer to me is all about the seaside, the beautiful blue and white tones of the sea, sky and fluffy clouds. My favourite area is the archipelago off the coast of Turku in the South-West where you can find over 20 000 islands.

This design has a relaxed wave pattern which is great for beginners in lace knitting but also a lovely pattern for seasoned knitters.

Included in this pattern is also 1 hour of movement videos inspired by yoga and qigong specially developed for knitters. The videos are broken into 15 minute sessions throughout the pattern. The booklet has the link and a QR code to the movement video.
